Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organization's products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to meet those needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations for potential customers.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions of sales agreements in line with company policies.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and performance objectives.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Solid understanding of sales techniques, including consultative selling and objection handling.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Positive attitude, high energy, and a strong passion for sales.
