Job Title: Sales Consultant

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to meet or exceed monthly targets. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with our product offerings. You will collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, while also staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their needs.
2. Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through networking and referrals.
3. Present and demonstrate products to clients, articulating their value and benefits.
4. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
5. Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
6. Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
7. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and messaging.
8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
