The Role

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a fresh, modern design sensibility and a knack for creating impactful visuals. You'll craft high-quality assets for everything from social media posts to brochures, landing pages, decks, and more. If you know how to merge AI-powered creativity with manual finesse, this is your canvas.

What You'll Do

- Design & deliver marketing assets: social media creatives, ad graphics, reels, thumbnails, brochures, landing pages, decks, and WhatsApp creatives

- Maintain & evolve Futurense's design language

- Collaborate with content, performance & brand teams on visual strategy

- Use AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, etc.) to accelerate creativity

- Translate briefs into modern, clean, and conversion-friendly visuals

- Deliver high-quality work in fast-paced cycles.

What We're Looking For

- 2–5 years of professional design experience

- Strong portfolio showcasing modern, high-quality design (Behance link required)

- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma (motion design a plus)

- Experience with brand & performance creatives for digital-first companies

- Comfortable using AI tools to enhance workflows

- Strong communication & collaboration skills
