Let's Get Started Back Art Director - (Bangalore) Job Description We are looking for a skilled and solutions-oriented Art Director with a strong analytical mind to craft compelling brand stories and designs that deliver results. Skills And Qualifications - An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating visual branding, online marketing, and great user-centred design solutions. - Experience of 5-7 years with design tools such as Illustrator, and InDesign mandatory. - Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent professional experience. - Experience defining or maintaining a design style guide or branding guidelines. - Exceptional sense of typography, imagery, colours, composition and visual layouts. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and the ability to gracefully defend your design decisions to executive management. - Knowledge of information architecture, usability, and UI Design. - Must keep up with & implement recent developments in the design industry. - Must experiment and learn new software's to speed up and facilitate the design process. Responsibilities - Need to collaborate the little things which takes to design and execute entire campaign. - Creates original & compelling designs for all media. - Will be responsible for orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, and coaching team members. - Generate clear ideas and concepts in accordance with the copywriter working on designs to produce an effective advertising campaign. - Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas. - Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience. - Cooperate with the rest of the design team across different types of media Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes, implementing changes. - Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions. - Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices. - Editing the results for presentation to the client. - Take up project work from concept to final execution within deadlines. - Should have a flexible approach and willingness to adapt ideas to the needs of clients. - Has a keen eye for visual details and accuracy. - Able to manage work under pressure and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines. - Up to date on the latest tools, their features and capabilities. - Quality check & review of Junior designer's work.
