We are building a strong digital presence and looking for a passionate marketer to drive both paid and organic growth. ------------------------------------- Role Overview We are hiring a Performance Marketing & Social Media Manager who can run high-performing Meta & Google Ads and manage Vtalix’s overall brand presence across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms. This role is perfect for someone who understands: - Growth marketing - Social media psychology - Viral content patterns - Paid advertising - Branding & storytelling You’ll work directly with the founder and creative team to scale Vtalix rapidly. --------------------------- Key Responsibilities: Performance Marketing (Meta + Google Ads) - Plan, run, and optimise App Install, Lead Gen, Conversion, and Awareness campaigns - Handle Meta Ads Manager (Instagram + Facebook): audience setups, A/B tests, retargeting - Manage Google Ads: Search, Display, YouTube + Performance Max - Optimise for the lowest CPI, CPL, and CAC - Implement tracking using Meta SDK, Firebase, Google Analytics, UTM, and App Events - Build a monthly paid growth strategy and performance dashboards Social Media Management (Instagram + YouTube + Reels) - Plan, calendarize, and publish content (Reels, posts, stories, shorts) - Manage the @vtalix and @humhaioffcl Instagram pages - Create viral/relevant content ideas aligned with mental health & wellness - Write captions, hooks, scripts, and trending topics - Manage influencer collaborations & UGC creators - Engage with audience (DMs, comments, replies) - Monitor analytics (reach, engagement, watch time) and optimise content strategy Creative Collaboration - Work with the design team for thumbnails, creatives, and ad visuals - Brainstorm scripts for reels (problem-based, emotional, relationship-focused, wellness content) - Build a consistent brand identity across all social platforms ------------------------------ Requirements - 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing + social media - Strong expertise in running Meta App Install ads (mandatory) - Skilled in Google Ads, retargeting, and conversion optimisation - Experience managing Instagram pages, reels, and content strategies - Knowledge of Canva/basic editing tools - Strong copywriting skills—hooks, captions, ad copy - Understanding of consumer psychology & mental health content tone - Analytical mindset with the ability to read data and adjust strategies - Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment ---------------------------------- Nice to Have - Experience in wellness/health-tech - Familiarity with influencers, UGC creators, and community building - Basic video editing skills - Ability to work independently with high ownership -------------------------------- What We Offer - Competitive salary + performance bonus - Creative freedom + ownership of brand growth - Work directly with the founder on strategy and execution - Opportunity to scale a fast-growing brand - A young, dynamic, high-performance team ------------------------------- How to Apply 📩 Send your resume + portfolio/ads screenshot links to pranav@vtalix.in Subject: Performance Marketing & Social Media Manager — Vtalix
