We are seeking a creative and results-driven Performance Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing and scaling campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and a solid understanding of Social Media Marketing (SMM) strategies. Additional experience in Google Ads and SEO will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) with consistent content planning, posting, and engagement.
  • Build and manage a monthly content calendar in alignment with the marketing strategy.
  • Write engaging captions and coordinate with designers for high-quality visual content.
  • Schedule and publish posts across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) using scheduling tools.
  • Plan, create, and execute high-performing Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation, sales, and brand awareness.
  • Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to achieve KPIs.
  • Prepare performance reports using Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
  • (Add-on) Run and optimize basic Google Ads campaigns (Search & Display).
  • (Add-on) Collaborate with SEO team for basic on-page SEO improvements and organic growth.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Must-Have:

  • Proven experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
  • Deep understanding of SMM strategies (organic + paid).
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, pixel integration, and retargeting.

Soft Skills:

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22, ₹35,000.00 per month
