Key Responsibilities
Store Visits & Inventory Management
- Conduct regular visits to all designated retail stores.
- Ensure product availability and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Monitor and enforce FIFO (First-In-First-Out) practices for inventory.
- Identify and resolve any stock discrepancies or replenishment issues.
Merchandising
- Maintain brand standards in all merchandising displays.
- Coordinate with store staff to ensure consistent planogram implementation.
- Report and rectify any deviations in visual merchandising.
Promoter Management & Coaching
- Supervise and coach in-store promoters to drive performance and product knowledge.
- Provide training and feedback to enhance customer engagement and sales effectiveness.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and motivation of promoters.
Customer Experience
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction both in-store and online.
- Address customer feedback and service issues promptly and professionally.
- Implement initiatives to improve the customer journey across physical and digital touchpoints.
