AMD together we advance_ SILICON DESIGN ENGINEER 2 THE ROLE: As a Silicon Design Engineer, you will work in physical design group in full chip timing constraints validtion , timing budget generation and PnR work. THE PERSON: You have a passion for modern, complex processor architecture, physical design, and STA analysis in general. You are a team player who has excellent communication skills. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and are willing to learn and ready to take on problems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Drive FCNL constrants validation for the soc and block. - Coordinate with RTL/FCFP/PD engineers to verify block level timing constraints . - check timing analysis / timing analysis is must in day to day activities - Responsible for delivering high quality SDC for PD teams. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: - Project level experiencewith timing / clocking concepts and SDC constraints for same - Experience or familiarity with GCA /Prime time / fusion complier tools, by synopsis , Cadence,Mentor Graphics - Good understanding of computer organization/architecture ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: - Bachelorsor Masters degree in computer engineering/Electrical Engineering Benefits offered are described: AMD benefits at a glance.
