Qualifications Proficiency in cooking techniques, south indian food preparation, and knowledge of healthy or wellness-focused cuisine Strong knowledge of salad creation, healthy meal prep, and presentation Ability to maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and organization Time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen health standards Good communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to adapt to varying dietary restrictions and meal preferences Prior experience as a cook or kitchen helper is preferred A passion for cooking and maintaining a positive dining experience for guests Minimum 3 years of experience in Continental & Indian cooking Interest in resort-style wellness cuisine Salary : Up to ₹25,000/month (based on experience)
