MAKING DECARBONIZATION A REALITY Mission: Deliver solar projects from concept to commissioning on time, safely, and with high quality by efficiently managing construction activities, contractors, manpower, and risks while ensuring seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: - Responsible for Construction with concept to commissioning and Hand-over - Responsible for timely commissioning of the project - Responsible for adhering to project`s quality and safety standards with efficient use of construction techniques - Contractor Management - Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors as per project plans - Change Management Ensure implementation of change request before executing the work @ site - Manpower Management Ensure systematic approach to ensure to deploy / engage right-man-for right-job with right-skill - Assist in resolving ROW issues in co-ordination with Admin / State-Regulatory teams - Responsible for review of work progress on daily-basis and accordingly plan for further necessary actions - Responsible for project work-schedule and delegating tasks to execution team to ensure that each phase of a construction is as per plan and have a recovery plan when required - Responsible to collaborate with project`s internal stakeholders i.e. Land, Admin, Contractors & respective - Responsible to collaborate with project`s external stakeholders i.e. OEM`s - Responsible to meet conditions for plant performance i.e. installation of complete DC Cap., Robotics installation, & respective mitigations (if any) - Responsible to Analyze, manage and mitigate construction related-risks. Behavioral Attributes: - Manpower Management - Communication Skills - Decision-making Skills - Organizational Abilities Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred). - 12-15 years of experience in solar project construction, EPC, or renewable energy infrastructure. - Proven track record of leading solar projects from concept to commissioning.
