Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Uttar Pradesh, India. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and creating strategic plans to drive business growth. Tasks include conducting market research, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with marketing and product development teams. Measuring and analyzing business metrics to ensure targets are met will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Contract Negotiation
- Proficiency in Market Research and Strategic Planning
- Experience in Digital Marketing and E-commerce
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the D2C or e-commerce industry is a plus
