Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager - Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our HR team. The HRBP will work closely with business leaders and employees to foster a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in HR, with a strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Support HR team initiatives focusing on retention, engagement, recognition, compensation, talent management, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
- Assist with a strategic partnership for business leaders and act as point of contact for employees
- Creating engagement initiatives and generally working in a rapidly changing/growing environment
- Use data and people metrics to provide insights that help drive team structure development, career progression, retention, and engagement
- Assist in managing and resolving complex employee relations issues
- Strong interest in L&D with experience in developing and facilitating manager and employee trainings

Requirement:

- 4+ years of HRBP experience, ideally in a high-growth organization
- Experience partnering with / advising mid-level managers
- Solution-focused thinking, empathy, strong judgement, and decision making skills
- Strong organizational development experience supporting team effectiveness
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills including experience building relationships at all levels of the organization
