Job Description Description We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive / Recruiter to join our team in India. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet the needs of our organization. This position requires a proactive approach to recruitment and a passion for finding the right fit for our team. Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions. - Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media to attract potential candidates. - Conduct reference checks and background verifications as required. - Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment metrics. - Assist in organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events. - Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. - Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
