Job Description About the Role: We're looking for a Creative Director / Content Strategist to lead the long-term content partnership with our client a learning platform aiming to build high-quality, AI-led educational and growth video series. This role is for someone who can see both the big picture and tiny details: you'll own the end-to-end content pipeline from ideation to final delivery. You'll manage the internal writing, and editing teams to ensure every piece of content aligns with the client's brand tone, learning objectives, and storytelling standards. Key Responsibilities: Content Ideation & Strategy: Develop new content categories, series, and video ideas in line with the client's platform goals and audience insights. Research & Development: Oversee background research, insights gathering, and conceptual refinement for every new series. Creative Supervision: Work with writers to craft engaging, clear, and on-brand scripts; ensure final outputs are structurally tight and tonally consistent. Production Coordination: Collaborate with editors, designers, and artists to ensure each episode is visually engaging and production timelines are met. Quality Control: Review every deliverable before client submission to ensure accuracy, storytelling flow, and creative polish. Content Calendar Ownership: Build and manage the production calendar ensuring smooth coordination between research, writing, editing, and delivery. Client Collaboration: Act as the creative bridge between the internal team and the client, facilitating regular feedback and content iteration cycles. Ideal Candidate: 7+ years of experience in content strategy, creative direction, or branded content Strong background in storytelling, scripting, and visual communication Familiar with short-form video content and YouTube/social-first storytelling formats Excellent project management and creative leadership skills
