Job Title: Video Producer – Social MediaDepartment: Marketing / CreativeEmployment Type: Full-timeLocation: BANDRA WEST, MUMBAIAbout the RoleConnection Station & Flotantide Commodities are looking for a talented and creative Video Producer to lead end-to-end production of visual content for social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling abilities, excellent technical skills, and the capability to manage a creative team while producing high-impact video content that builds brand presence and audience engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, plan, and produce high-quality video content for social media channels.Create storyboards, scripts, and content concepts based on brand goals.Manage the full video production cycle – pre-production, shoots, editing, and final delivery.Oversee and guide the creative/video team to ensure smooth project execution.Design and animate 2D graphics, illustrations, and motion visuals.Edit video, audio, and motion assets to professional quality standards.Ensure brand consistency and strategic messaging across all video content.Coordinate with marketing, design, and content teams to align video outputs with campaign goals.Stay updated on social media trends, formats, technologies, and audience behavior.Required Skills & ExpertiseStrong proficiency in Video Editing Software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, etc.).Skilled in 2D animation and motion graphics (After Effects, Animate, etc.).Experience in scriptwriting and storytelling for video.Team management and coordination skills.Strong design sense and creative planning abilities.Good understanding of content strategy and audience-based storytelling.Illustration and graphic design knowledge.Ability to handle sound design, audio editing, and basic mixing.Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and on-time delivery.Preferred Qualification4-5 years of experience in video or multimedia production for social media.Background in media, animation, film production, design, or related fields.Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple projects.What We OfferOpportunity to create high-impact content for recognized brands.Creative freedom and ownership of end-to-end video projects.Collaborative work environment with growth opportunities.Competitive compensation based on experience.Send your resumes on - sumit.p@floatantidecommodities.comContact - 7488863390
