Job Description Key Responsibilities - Backend Development & Support: Lead backend development and provide continuous support for the I-BAP Mobile App, ensuring its stability and functionality. - Salesforce Customization: Customize and configure Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (Aura/LWC) to meet specific business requirements. - API & Integration: Develop and maintain robust APIs and integrate Salesforce seamlessly with various external systems. - Data Management: Perform efficient data migration, cleansing, and management using tools like Data Loader and other ETL platforms. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions that align with business needs. - Troubleshooting & Resolution: Troubleshoot and promptly resolve bugs, performance issues, and platform errors to maintain system integrity. - Security & Performance: Ensure strict adherence to Salesforce security best practices and implement performance optimization techniques across all solutions. - Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and user guides for all developed solutions. - Agile Participation: Actively participate in agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, contributing to team success. Required Skills & Qualifications - Extensive hands-on Salesforce development experience. - Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. - Proficient in Apex programming, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (Aura/LWC). - Strong experience with Salesforce APIs, including REST and SOAP, and familiarity with middleware tools. - Deep understanding of Salesforce security architecture, sharing rules, and access models. - Experience with data migration and management tools. - Ability to work independently and efficiently resolve complex technical challenges. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Salesforce Developer Certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) are preferred. - Comfortable operating in a remote, collaborative environment. Preferred Skills - Experience integrating mobile backends with Salesforce. - Familiarity with version control systems like Git. - Exposure to DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines in Salesforce. - Knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange products.
