Role:Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ Data Cloud Developer- Contract Type:Contract Duration:6 Months Experience:4+ years Location:Hybrid (Pune/Mumbai/Bangalore) Time Zone-4pm-1:30amISTJob Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging the power of Salesforce Data Cloud to optimize our marketing strategies, enhance customer experiences, and drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our Salesforce Data Cloud implementation meets our business objectives and delivers actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud, including data onboarding, segmentation, audience creation, and activation. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud. Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure the quality, accuracy, and security of data within Salesforce Data Cloud. Conduct data analysis and provide insights to drive marketing campaigns, customer segmentation, personalization efforts, and overall business strategies. Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions to maximize ROI and achieve business KPIs. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new features in Salesforce Data Cloud to continuously enhance our capabilities and drive innovation. Provide training and support to internal teams on Salesforce Data Cloud usage, best practices, and troubleshooting. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Certified Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification is a plus. Proven experience in implementing and managing Salesforce Data Cloud or similar DMP/CDP platforms. Strong understanding of data management principles, including data modeling, segmentation, and data governance. Proficiency in SQL, data manipulation languages, and data visualization tools. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements. Preferred Experience: Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation platforms. Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and techniques, including audience targeting, retargeting, and attribution modeling. Familiarity with cloud computing technologies and big data analytics platforms. Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
