Job Description

This role is for a Functional Lead Primavera specializing in P6EPPM and/or Unifier, responsible for the complete functional lifecycle of projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Primavera implementations, particularly for infrastructure projects, and will excel at managing project execution, stakeholder communication, and cross-system integrations.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for the overall functional requirements, functional design, and deployment of projects.
- Work on all modules of Primavera (P6 or above) for infrastructure projects.
- Manage strategic aspects of projects, including planning, execution, and financial management.
- Understand all business and functional requirements, acting as a bridge between the client and the project execution team.
- Develop and manage a detailed project plan in discussion with departments, ensuring completion of all milestones as per timelines.
- Secure acceptance and approval of deliverables from stakeholders.
- Oversee project communication, including status reporting, risk management, and issue escalation, ensuring projects are delivered within budget, on schedule, and within scope.
- Monitor the performance and efficiency of various teams and resources.

Skills

- Experience in the core implementation of Primavera (P6 and above) in infrastructure projects.
- Experience in integration projects with other systems like ERP/DMS.
- Excellent writing, communication, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong Project Management Capabilities.
- Ability to understand and translate complex business requirements.

Qualifications

- Experience on at least three (3) projects on Primavera as specified in relevant RFPs.
