Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Consultant – Primavera Version Upgrade
to support customers in
Primavera application upgrades
on
MS Azure cloud VMs
. You will act as the
Single Point of Contact (SPOC)
for Primavera upgrade and migration tasks, addressing issues, and responding to customer queries.

This role requires close collaboration with customers as well as coordination with onsite and offshore technical/functional support teams. You will be responsible for
cloud migration, version upgrades, functional & integration testing, issue resolution
, and ensuring smooth execution of Primavera-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute Primavera application upgrades on MS Azure cloud VMs.
  • Act as SPOC for customers on all Primavera upgrade/migration-related queries and issues.
  • Plan, design, and coordinate upgrade and migration activities with onsite and offshore teams.
  • Perform functional and integration testing post-upgrade/migration.
  • Resolve technical and functional issues within defined timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
