Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in coordinating with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure smooth event

operations.

Support in creating and maintaining timelines, checklists, and budgets for

weddings.

Help with the design and implementation of wedding themes, decor, and overall

aesthetic.

Attend client meetings and take detailed notes to assist with follow-up tasks.

Assist with on-site event coordination on the day of the wedding.

Help manage logistics such as seating arrangements, transportation, and event

setup.

Research trends, vendors, and services to enhance wedding concepts and ideas.

Maintain accurate and organized records of wedding planning activities.

Handle various administrative tasks such as phone calls, emails, and invoicing.

Assist with post-event wrap-up, including follow-up communication with clients and

vendors.

Qualifications and Skills:

Passion for weddings, events, and design.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings during events.

Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.

- Previous experience in event planning or hospitality is a plus but not required.
