Job Description Role: Salesforce Developer Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced and technically profound Senior Salesforce Engineer to join our development team in Hyderabad. This is a full-stack development role focused on delivering complex, high-performance solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in system integrations, solution design, and advanced development using Lightning Web Components (LWC). Beyond project delivery, this role involves significant strategic contribution to our Salesforce practice, driving technical excellence, and providing mentorship and leadership to a team of developers. You will be instrumental in developing accelerators, pioneering innovative solutions, and maintaining the highest standards of code quality and scalability. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Development - Lead the design and development of sophisticated Salesforce solutions, focusing on scalability, performance, and best practices across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,Digital Experience,FSL and custom applications. - Spearhead complex integration projects between Salesforce and external systems (e.g., ERP, Data Warehousing, Marketing Automation) using various techniques including REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware platforms. - Serve as the subject matter expert for Lightning Web Components (LWC), implementing modern front-end user interfaces and reusable components. - Contribute directly to project delivery on a needs basis, resolving the most challenging technical blockers and ensuring timely completion of critical modules. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, perform thorough code reviews, and oversee deployment processes across multiple environments using DevOps tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jenkins). - Strategic Contribution & Innovation - Actively contribute to the growth and maturity of the company's Salesforce practice by documenting standards, participating in architecture reviews, and defining engineering roadmaps. - Identify opportunities and lead the development of accelerators and reusable technical solutions (e.g., integration frameworks, custom metadata utilities) that increase development efficiency across multiple projects. - Drive innovation by staying current with Salesforce releases and emerging technologies, prototyping new features, and recommending strategic adoption of platform capabilities (e.g., Einstein, Flow). - Team Leadership & Mentorship - Lead, mentor, and guide a team of mid-to-senior level Salesforce developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing development culture. - Provide technical direction and oversight, ensuring the team aligns with established architectural patterns and organizational goals. Required Qualifications - Experience: 1015 years of overall experience, with at least 8 years focused on the Salesforce platform spanning across multiple clouds - Platform Expertise: Proven mastery of Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and the full range of declarative tools. - Modern Development: Deep, hands-on experience designing and building scalable applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Integration Proficiency: Extensive background in system integration patterns, including synchronous and asynchronous methods, large data volume handling, and security best practices for connected apps. - Architecture: Strong grasp of Salesforce governor limits, technical debt management, and experience designing solution architecture that is maintainable and scalable. - Certification: Holds current Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer II and Application Architect or System Architect. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with other front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) that interface with Salesforce. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, scratch org development, and advanced tools like VS Code and the Salesforce CLI. - Prior experience in a consulting environment or in developing enterprise-level, multi-org solutions.
