Job Description Job Summary Job Title: Sr. Salesforce Developer Location: Any Tech M location across India Years of Experience: 5 7 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with a strong focus on Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering high quality solutions in a fast paced environment. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative applications that enhance user experience and drive business success. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Lightning Web Components to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals. Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to ensure high quality software delivery. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications, providing timely resolutions. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends, applying them to enhance application performance. Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Assist in training and mentoring junior developers, fostering a collaborative team environment. Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) is a deal breaker. Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs. Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with other Salesforce products like Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Marketing Cloud. Knowledge of web services (REST/SOAP) and integration techniques. Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5 7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Salesforce technologies. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Architect) are a plus. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
