Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on creating impactful solutions in the Provider Finance and Accounting domains. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a day shift environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for SFDC solutions.
  • Implement best practices in Salesforce development to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise in SFDC customization including Apex Visualforce and Lightning components.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems and applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations customizations and processes for future reference.
  • Optimize Salesforce performance by identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Participate in the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions to align with business goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to drive innovation.
  • Support end-users by providing training and assistance in utilizing Salesforce applications effectively.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in SFDC Development and Customization with a focus on Apex Visualforce and Lightning.
  • Demonstrate expertise in integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware.
  • Have a solid understanding of Provider Finance and Accounting domains as a nice to have skill.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a hybrid work model.
  • Show proficiency in using Salesforce development tools and platforms.
  • Display strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Be committed to delivering high-quality solutions that align with business objectives.
