Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant to design, implement, and optimize financial planning and analysis (FP&A) solutions using Workday Adaptive Planning. Responsibilities: - Lead or support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Workday Adaptive Planning solutions. - Collaborate with Finance, HR, and IT teams to analyze business requirements and develop financial models, reports, and dashboards. - Design and build planning templates, assumptions models, and forecasting tools for budgets, workforce planning, and revenue/expense projections. - Provide data integration support between Workday Adaptive and other systems (e.g., Workday HCM, ERP, HRIS, CRM). - Conduct user training sessions and create system documentation for end users. - Troubleshoot system issues and ensure data integrity across financial models. - Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to automate or enhance FP&A processes. - Stay current on Workday Adaptive Planning releases and features to recommend process and system enhancements. Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field. - 2–5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (implementation or administration). - Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. - Experience with modeling, formulas, and reporting in Adaptive Planning. - Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and report building. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Nice to Have: - Workday Adaptive Planning certification or equivalent implementation experience. - Experience integrating Adaptive with Workday HCM/Finance or other ERP systems. - Consulting or client-facing experience in system implementations.
