Job Role :-Retail Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team specializing in wooden flooring solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to drive sales in a retail environment. Youll be the face of our brand, guiding customers through product selection and ensuring a seamless buying experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers in the showroom, understanding their flooring needs and preferences
- Provide expert advice on wooden flooring products, finishes, installation methods, and maintenance
- Demonstrate product samples and explain features, benefits, and pricing
- Prepare accurate quotations and assist in closing sales
- Maintain showroom appearance and ensure product displays are up-to-date
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to drive repeat business
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely delivery and installation
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new product launches
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
