Job Description About the Opportunity Invoria Global Solutions (IGS) is empaneled with one of our prestigious clients in the e-commerce and retail sector to support their Telangana and Andhra Pradesh regions business expansion. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Business Head who can lead large-scale operations, drive profitability, and spearhead growth across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, deep understanding of the Indian retail ecosystem, and proven expertise in managing distributed teams and end-to-end regional operations. About the Role As the Regional Business Head, you will be responsible for the complete P&L ownership, operational excellence, and business scalability within your assigned geography. This leadership role demands strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on operational management to deliver high service quality and sustainable growth in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Key Responsibilities - Oversee end-to-end operations across the assigned region, ensuring efficiency and profitability. - Take full ownership of the P&L and financial health of the region. - Plan and execute business expansion, scaling strategies, and manpower budgeting. - Lead strategic initiatives for business diversification and market penetration. - Increase brand visibility and market share within the region through innovative operational and marketing strategies. - Manage and inspire a large workforce of 5000+ employees, including blue- and white-collar staff. - Build and nurture a high-performance culture through training, performance monitoring, and team development. - Ensure operational metrics such as on-time delivery, fill rate, and inventory accuracy are consistently met. - Maintain optimal inventory levels within warehouses to achieve maximum order fulfillment. - Uphold high standards of customer satisfaction, addressing service-related issues promptly. Who We're Looking For - 1218 years of progressive experience in business operations, regional leadership, or general management within the Indian market. - Graduate or Postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline (MBA preferred). - Proven success in launching, scaling, and managing large business operations. - Strong background in people management, handling large and diverse teams. - Experience in process design, implementation, and optimization. - In-depth understanding of the e-commerce, retail industry and FMCG . - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strong knowledge of local labor laws and compliance frameworks.
