Overview Ensuring Ontime In Full direct despatch to distributors CFAs to meet plant Demand Compliance targets Managing plant warehouse with minimized cost Transport Management ensure dispatches with timelines in ISCP environment Operation capability buildup of warehouse team to manage direct dispatches as well as service to CFAs in a highly automated environment and managing team of Warehouse Service Providers Ensure warehouse physical stock as per system stocks compliance with SOX and I2C process Ensure Safety and AIB compliances support in audit In absence of LD T Manager managing RM PM supply and production planning End to end cost serviceability management of in plant warehouse with compliance to all applicable quality safety norms Responsibilities Optimize stock of obsolete finished good inventory in warehouse Managing warehouse and ensure supply to distributors Ensure non - stop RM PM supply to productions in absence of LD T Manager Coordination with transporter for timely placement of trucks Find out risk in transport lanes and plan to mitigate it Ensure all regulatory compliances for transportation and dispatch of FG to ensure demand compliance is met Monthly transport capability assessment and provide feedback to GP team Drive cost and productivity on warehouse operation cost Ensure FIFO by Systematic review mechanism Ensure hygiene of warehouse meet required standards Ensure dispatch area meets all safety standards readiness for audits Ensure export orders executions if any as per timelines Capability building of operatives warehouse team CL Monitoring of shop floor discipline Liaoning with the truck union to ensure productivity Coordination with plant operation team Sales LD T Transporters and other stake hold of outside and inside the plant Engagement of Contact labour Management of maintenance contractual workforce Qualifications MBA operation PG Diploma in Material Supply Chain logistics Warehouse Management 4-6 Yrs of Experience in warehouse supply chain logistic management Good communication skills
