Job Title Executive Sr Executive Strong academics Need from Hyderabad locations Candidates from plastic industry background with 5-7 yrs experience Experience can be in plant or CQ or RQ is ok A lesser experience is also fine but should be from Plastics Department Quality Compensation Level IV Scope of Responsibility Corporate No of direct Reportees Nil Reports to VP - Quality Academy Job Purpose Assists in ensuring implementation of all aspects of Product Quality Assurance and Quality System Requirements Key Accountabilities Responsibilities Customer Complaints handling and Management Reviewing customer complaints on weekly basis with plants for Ensuring on time registration and closure of complaints Review of correctness and completeness of the information in CAPA Verify implementation of actions taken against CC in QR QI and SQI category Have track of actions implemented against customer complaint Assist plants in resolving any issues related CCH tool Circulate monthly summary report by 05th of every month analyse complaint trends to identify recurring issues and implementing preventive measures Outside Testing Management Co-ordinating and managing testing activities that are outsourced to external testing facilities Selecting appropriate testing partners defining testing requirements and protocols overseeing the testing process ensure on time completion of tests as per schedule reviewing test results for correctness and completeness and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations Cost optimization Approved supplier list ASL management for RM MB CFC Polybag Wad and other materials used in manufacturing and packaging of any product Periodic update of ASL based on the request received from plants Ensure all necessary documents are available in insight for easy reference Collect all necessary DOC from supplier from time to time Specification master list management - CFC Polybag Ensure all CFC and Polybag currently in use are updated in specification Master List Preform Authorization data management Support in authorization of new preform moulds by conducting necessary external testing dimension inspection from OEM and review capability report Annual mould health report review for reauthorization of moulds Execution of planned annual external testing s for reauthorization of moulds Job Title Executive Sr Executive Department Quality Compensation Level IV Scope of Responsibility Corporate No of direct Reportees Nil Reports to VP - Quality Academy Alpla India Pvt Ltd Job description issued and updated by Glory Deepti Reviewed by Surendra Babu Approved by Saswata Ray VVA Krishna Last updated Sep 2025 Calibration management and control Review of calibration schedule of plants for compliance monitoring Review of random reports for correctness and completeness Signoff agreements with regional level calibration service providers Batch traceability program management Ensure batch traceability conducted and summary sheet updated as per schedule Monthly Ensure reconciliation is done and recorded Review of random reports for correctness and completeness and escalate gaps to stakeholder for correction AQP Ensure qualification process is followed whenever necessary Review AQP report for completeness and correctness If new mold received for qualification then it should be added in MML Other Requirements Ensuring compliance to organisation s health safety and hygiene practices Ensuring compliance to organisation s policies procedures guidelines while performing the activities Ensuring trouble free unbiased and non-discriminative work environment in the department Ensuring timely response to customers auditors and regulatory authorities Key Performance Indicators - Timely Corporate Audit conduction and gap analysis Adherence and compliance of QMS Effective evaluation and corrective action of customer complains Timely upgradation of QMS at India level Competency Specification Knowledge Educational Qualification - Fresher B Sc MPC 5-7 years of experience Plastic Engg Background is preferable Computer literate Excel Powerpoint Word Personal Skill Attribute Communication Skills Ability to work well with other departments Able to handle multi-task environment with excellent organizational skills Key Functional Competencies Analytical and Strategic Result Orientation Value Orientation Interpersonal Skills
