Designation – Manager

Position Overview: Manager - Corporate Strategy will drive strategic growth initiatives, evaluate new business opportunities, and support M&A activities. This role entails conducting in-depth market research, developing financial models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact opportunities. The candidate will ensure seamless execution of projects, contributing to the company's growth and long-term scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Initiatives & Business Planning

Collaborate with leadership to conceptualize, evaluate, and execute high-impact strategic initiatives aligned with long-term organizational goals.

Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities, industry trends, and areas of risk.

New Business Development

Lead feasibility studies, business modelling, and go-to-market strategies for new products, services, or verticals.

Support pilot initiatives and market entry plans, ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration and execution.

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)

Evaluate and explore merger and acquisition opportunities, including identifying and assessing potential targets.

Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless deal evaluation and execution process.

Project Execution & Stakeholder Engagement

Drive the execution of strategic projects, ensuring timelines, objectives, and deliverables are met.

Analyze business performance data to forecast outcomes, optimize processes, and drive growth strategies.

Innovation & Process Improvement

Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and implement innovative solutions to drive scalability and efficiency.

Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh perspectives and ideas to the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 college (preferred majors: Economics, Engineering, Business, Statistics, Mathematics).

Experience:

2–4 years of experience in corporate strategy, investment banking, management consulting or a similar field.

Prior exposure to financial modeling, strategic planning, and M&A transactions is highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for independent analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis.

Expertise in MS PowerPoint and MS Word for creating high-impact presentations and professional reports.

Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, business modeling, and data-driven decision-making.

Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

Soft Skills & Competencies:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
