Role Title: BA Supervisor

Industry: Color Cosmetics

Location: Kochi

Job Responsibilities:

- Source, interview, and hire Beauty Advisors to meet the growing team requirements.
- Conduct regular onboarding sessions and continuous training for BAs to ensure they are equipped with the latest product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Provide regular updates on new products and promotions to BAs.
- Assist BAs in achieving sales targets through coaching, motivation, and strategic support.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with management for replenishment.
- Address and resolve queries from BAs promptly and effectively.
- Maintain daily sales reports and oversee monthly stock and sales closing procedures.
- Act as a liaison between BAs and management, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
- Take ownership of tertiary sales targets and implement strategies to achieve them.

Skills Required:

- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in maintaining stock records, sales reports, and resolving queries.
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Make-up Artistry: Understanding of make-up techniques and trends.
- Selling Skills: Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.
- Commercial Acumen: Understanding of market dynamics and business principles.
- Travel Readiness: Comfortable with travel for market visits and team support as required.
- Accountability: Takes ownership of responsibilities and outcomes.
- Flexibility: Adaptable to changing business needs and priorities.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions.
- Result Orientation: Driven by achieving goals and delivering results.
- Relationship Building: Excellent at fostering positive relationships with BAs and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior experience in beauty industry or retail management
- Proven experience in team leadership and sales management
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and sales software
