About the Role:

1. As a trainer you will be aligned with our on-ground retail sales & Ops teams to monitor and deliver on common objectives through diligently following the training path that has been charted centrally and fully participate in executing the Learning and Development activities for our Beauty advisors and ASM/ SMs Fully participate in developing and delivering training material for beauty products- Makeup, Skincare, fragrances and accessories, focusing on product knowledge, selling techniques, and brand values.

2. Facilitating engaging classes, identifying areas of improvement and opportunities for the learner, evaluating skills and attending to the learner's challenges, organizing training materials and scheduling training sessions, and submitting timely reports to the management on progress.

3. Manage training schedules and curriculum based on the specific needs of the retail region. Analyze data and generate reports on training effectiveness, completion rates, and user engagement.

4. Increase the participation of line managers for building a strong training culture. and maximum participation through coordination efficiency

Role Description :

1. Maintain a positive working relationship with cross functional teams.

2. Uphold the company & brand image of professionalism.

3. Participate in developing, organizing and updating for all store frontend roles in the retail function - Training Manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.

4. Conduct soft skills & product refresher training

5. Adhere to the training calendar and schedules

6. Participate in Train-The-Trainer to up-skill oneself as per the needs of the business

7. Impart grooming and etiquette sessions

8. Train BAs on their KRA

9. On-the-job training for new hires

10. Evaluate BA performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.

11. Adherence to MIS & SOP's, Training Trackers performance Trackers etc.

Must Have

1. English language along with native(local) language proficiency is required

2. Strong knowledge of the beauty industry

3. Background in training/ content development and learning administrative role Collaboration and interpersonal skills

9. Basic data collation knowledge through programs such as MS/ Excel 10. Ability to prioritize conflicting requirement
