Role Title: BA Supervisor

Industry : Color Cosmetics

Location: Kochi


Job Responsibilities:

  • Source, interview, and hire Beauty Advisors to meet the growing team requirements.
  • Conduct regular onboarding sessions and continuous training for BAs to ensure they are equipped with the latest product knowledge and selling techniques.
  • Provide regular updates on new products and promotions to BAs.
  • Assist BAs in achieving sales targets through coaching, motivation, and strategic support.
  • Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with management for replenishment.
  • Address and resolve queries from BAs promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain daily sales reports and oversee monthly stock and sales closing procedures.
  • Act as a liaison between BAs and management, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
  • Take ownership of tertiary sales targets and implement strategies to achieve them.

Skills Required:

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in maintaining stock records, sales reports, and resolving queries.
  • Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Make-up Artistry: Understanding of make-up techniques and trends.
  • Selling Skills: Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.
  • Commercial Acumen: Understanding of market dynamics and business principles.
  • Travel Readiness: Comfortable with travel for market visits and team support as required.
  • Accountability: Takes ownership of responsibilities and outcomes.
  • Flexibility: Adaptable to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions.
  • Result Orientation: Driven by achieving goals and delivering results.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent at fostering positive relationships with BAs and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prior experience in beauty industry or retail management
  • Proven experience in team leadership and sales management
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and sales software
