Job Type Full-time Reporting to - Area Sales Manager Qualification Bachelor s Degree in Commerce Business Admin MBA Experience upto 5 years experience in Sales in the Working Capital products We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executives to join our team focusing on Sourcing clients for working capital products for the Agri processing Industry traders stockists and other supply chain participants The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth building strong relationships with clients and contributing to the overall revenues Key Words Sales Manager - Working Capital SME Business Development Relationship Manager - Business Loans Group Sales Industry Type Banking NBFC Key Responsibilities o Identify and target potential clients for working capital products and sourcing solutions o Acquiring and managing customers for Warehouse receipt financing Bill Discounting and various other trade finance products o Managing sourcing phase to approval execution of docs loading of limit servicing credit monitoring stage o Sourcing new clients from customer reference Cross sell to the existing customers o Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained Take care of all other regular service issues of clients guiding client for maximum utilization of limits and services o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients o Understand client requirements and provide solutions to meet their working capital needs o Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and pipeline status o Ensure timely collection of dues from the customers with no delays Essentials o Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Skills o Strong sales communication and interpersonal skills o Good Relationship Management Skills Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients o Excellent negotiation and closing skills o Ability to work independently and as part of a team o Time management and organizational skills Job Type Full-time Pay 400 000 00 - 900 000 00 per year Benefits Provident Fund Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
