Job Title Business Development Executive Department Sales Marketing Experience Required 0-2 Years Location Remote Client Visits Required Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive to join our marketing team This role is field-oriented and involves meeting potential clients understanding their business needs and generating quality leads to grow the company s client base The ideal candidate will play a key role in nurturing leads building long-term relationships and closing deals Key Responsibilities Client Visits Conduct on-field visits to engage with potential and existing clients introduce company services and identify new business opportunities Client Communication Communicate effectively in person and over the phone to understand client requirements propose suitable solutions and establish trust Lead Generation Proactively identify and pursue new business leads through networking referrals and market research Lead Management Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads providing necessary information to help them progress through the sales funnel Sales Conversion Convert qualified leads into clients by addressing their concerns customizing offerings and closing deals Solution Selling Clearly communicate how our services can benefit the client and align with their business goals Skills Qualifications Education Background in Finance or Marketing preferred Experience 0-2 years in Business Development Sales or Marketing Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage clients effectively Lead Generation Follow-Up Ability to find and nurture potential business leads Sales-Driven Mindset Focused on achieving targets and closing deals Mobility Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and events Requirements Must own a motorcycle and a smartphone for daily work activities What We Offer Attractive incentives and performance bonuses Career growth opportunities within the company Supportive team and ongoing training Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
