Role Overview
We are looking for experienced IT recruiters from small to mid-size employers, RPO providers, and staffing agencies to join our new feature advisor testing group. As a new feature tester, you'll get early access to our new platform features and provide feedback to shape how the platform evolves.
About Us
GlobalPros.ai is an AI-powered recruiting platform that BEFORE RECRUITERS SEE A RESUME instantly provides high-demand interview-ready applicants, rigorously assessed, matched and ranked, reducing time and cost to fill by up to 90%. The platform serves employers, RPOs, and agencies, and processes applicants one-off or at scale from both external as well as internal sources.
The platform was developed with guidance from former CHROs at Randstad, Adecco, and Manpower and is currently followed globally by over 38,000 employers, RPOs, agencies and developers.
Responsibilities
- Test and explore existing and new features on the GlobalPros.ai platform.
- Provide structured feedback on usability, performance, and value.
- Suggest improvements based on real-world recruiting experience.
Requirements
- MUST HAVE 2+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS AN IT RECRUITER (IN-HOUSE, RPO, OR AGENCY).
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and sourcing workflows.
- Interest in contributing to the development of recruiter-focused technology.
