Your Role Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Regional Hyperautomation Delivery Lead, the incumbent will be responsible to: - Develop new Hyperautomation solutions, using industry's best practices, that are well structured, maintainable, easy to understand and efficient, in collaboration with Solution Designers and other Developers - Building and integrating AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and related technologies. - Collaborate with Business Analysts and Solution Designers by providing scope, size, and effort estimations for Hyperautomation solutions, during Requirement Analysis and Design phases - Ensure automation solution testing and quality, during Build and Testing phases, in collaboration with QA Testers - Support Operational teams during the UAT and Deploy phases - Provide maintenance to Production solutions by investigating reported errors and proposing resolution, during Support phase Your Profile Required Competencies - Work experience in Microsoft Power Platform development, more specifically Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse and COPILOT - Work experience developing solutions integrated with Office 365 ecosystem - Work experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments - Microsoft Power Platform Developer (PL-400) certification - Experience with Power Platform CoE and governance components is a plus - Work experience in Power Virtual Agents, Power BI and Azure DevOps is a plus - Work experience in SQL and Rest APIs is a plus - Experience integrating Power Platform with other technologies like RPA is a plus What you will love about working here - We recognize the significance of flexible work arrangements to provide support.
