Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sponsorship Officer located in Chennai. The Sponsorship Officer will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with potential sponsors. Daily tasks include researching sponsorship opportunities, crafting proposals, negotiating terms, and ensuring that agreements are fulfilled. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to align sponsorship activities with the company's strategic goals.
Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sponsorship management, relationship building, and negotiation
- Proven ability to research and identify potential sponsors
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in event management is a plus
- Knowledge of the innovation and startup ecosystem is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
