Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests. The role involves resolving issues, providing information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesA. Customer Interaction & Support Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. B. Record Keeping & Documentation Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Update CRM systems and internal databases accurately. Prepare reports on customer queries, issues resolved, and follow-ups. C. Problem-Solving & Escalation Identify and resolve common customer issues independently. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to supervisors or relevant departments. Suggest improvements to processes and services based on customer feedback. D. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. Follow up with customers post-resolution to ensure satisfaction. Participate in customer satisfaction surveys and feedback collection. Required Skills & Competencies A. Technical Skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Basic knowledge of company products, services, and policies. Ability to document interactions and maintain accurate records. B. Soft Skills Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude.
