Key Responsibilities:

- Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-impact projects on time and within budget.
- Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
- Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Mentor and guide senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Drive adoption of best practices in software development, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance product capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
- Own technical roadmap and contribute to strategic planning and budgeting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development, architecture, and team leadership.
- Expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, Go).
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and modern DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale projects and distributed teams.
