Dynamics CRM Developer
Job Description

  • Must have 4+ years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM (on-premise / Cloud).
  • Strong techno-functional knowledge on MS Dynamics 365 CRM Sales & Field Services with end-to-end customization.
  • Complete process flow understanding and hands-on experience in Sales, Marketing, Case Management, and Field Service.
  • Experience in Development, Support, and Implementation projects.
  • Responsible for interacting with end-users to capture requirements and provide training as needed.
  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Sound knowledge of MSD CRM best practices and end-to-end implementation/deployment.
  • Ability to recommend and implement best practices including grooming/cleanup and workflow optimization.
  • Provide ad-hoc end-user training on CRM modules, workflows, and system usage.
  • Strong knowledge in:
  • Entity Customization
  • Business Units & Security
  • Plugins, Workflows, Custom Workflows
  • JavaScript web resources, services

Job Summary

  • Requirement Gathering & Workshops
  • Facilitate workshops to capture business requirements.
  • Create demonstrations and proof of concepts.
  • Plan and assist project teams in solution design.
  • Technical & Functional Expertise
  • Work with both technical and functional aspects of Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Strong skills in C#, JavaScript, Dynamics CRM SDK, Entity Framework.
  • Development experience in Workflows, Custom Workflows, Entity Forms.
  • Proficient in Entity Customizations and Entity View Customizations.
  • Data Integration & Reporting
  • Hands-on with SQL Integration Services (SSIS) and Web Services.
  • Experience with SQL Reporting Services (SSRS).
  • Data migration and integration mapping.
  • Client Engagement & Delivery
  • Work directly with business, technical, and management teams.
  • Provide input and advice regarding Dynamics CRM capabilities & features.
  • Conduct hands-on implementations and configurations.
  • Build positive relationships by understanding client business processes.
  • Training & Documentation
  • Provide end-user training tailored to different learning styles.
  • Create clear documentation (PowerPoint, Visio workflows, process documents).
  • Assist internal teams with support and pre-sales activities.

Education & Experience

  • Graduate / Post Graduate.
  • 4+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Strong domain experience in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service processes.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification (preferred).
