Head - Business & Growth Startup Leadership Opportunity (Jaipur uBreathe) We are looking for a strong operator who can take full ownership of running our business end-to-end - across sales, operations, partnerships, and execution. This is a leadership role for someone who can convert plans into results, build systems that work, and keep the business running efficiently as we scale. We are uBreathe, a clean air startup building India's first bio-based air purifiers. Our products combine nature and technology to improve indoor air quality - trusted by corporates, institutions, and homes across India. We are now entering a growth phase and need someone who can take charge of daily business operations, drive performance, and bring structure to execution while working closely with the founding team. What You'll Do - Oversee day-to-day operations across sales, fulfilment, customer service, and partnerships - Own growth and performance targets across D2C, B2B, and institutional channels - Manage and motivate the team, ensuring strong execution and accountability - Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to align business goals - Handle vendor management, costing, logistics, and finance coordination - Build and improve processes to ensure smooth operations and scale efficiently - Identify opportunities for expansion and lead execution end-to-end Who You Should Be - 5-8 years of experience in business operations, growth, or category management - Hands-on operator with strong planning and execution skills - Independent decision-maker who can work without constant supervision - Based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur (Jagatpura Office) - Prior experience in consumer products, D2C, or hardware preferred - Dependable, structured, and committed to building something meaningful Compensation - Fixed Salary: 50,000 per month - Performance Incentive: Up to 25,000 per month, based on targets and outcomes - Additional growth-based incentives for strong performers Why Join uBreathe - Real ownership and decision-making authority - Freedom to run the business and shape its growth - Opportunity to build a clean-tech brand solving one of India's biggest problems - Work directly with the founders in a fast-growing, purpose-driven environment
