We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive/Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and executing marketing strategies to expand our brand presence and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. - Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments. - Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent service. - Plan, execute, and monitor digital and offline marketing campaigns. - Collaborate with the management team to design promotional materials and campaigns. - Conduct market research to analyze competitors, trends, and customer preferences. - Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and marketing performance updates. - Lead and mentor sales/marketing team members (for Manager role). Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience in sales & marketing (executive/manager role preferred). - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM, and MS Office. - Target-driven, with a strong problem-solving attitude.
