The ideal candidate will support client portfolio management, foster customer relationships, and work with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions. This role requires a client-first mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. Key Responsibilities - Support senior account managers in managing client portfolios, presentations, proposals, and performance reports - Act as a day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring timely responses and resolution of queries - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, operations, support) to deliver client requirements - Assist in client onboarding and conduct product demonstrations - Maintain and update CRM records (Salesforce/HubSpot), tracking interactions, renewals, and revenue opportunities - Support lead qualification, outreach campaigns, and contribute to upselling/cross-selling initiatives - Monitor client health, adoption, and satisfaction to minimize churn and maximize renewals Skills & Competencies - Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to build lasting client relationships - Good understanding of sales cycles, renewals, and account growth strategies - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot), and digital collaboration platforms - Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, client-centric approach - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 35 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or a customer-facing role - Prior experience in SaaS, CPaaS, or enterprise solutions preferred - Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to build lasting client relationships - Good understanding of sales cycles, renewals, and account growth strategies - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot), and digital collaboration platforms - Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, client-centric approach - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 35 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or a customer-facing role - Prior experience in SaaS, CPaaS, or enterprise solutions preferred Powered by JazzHR rJh60wLGEs
