Job Title: Account Manager

Location: Magarpatta City, Pune (Onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their business needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of our products/services. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing queries, resolving issues, and providing customized solutions.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on account performance, revenue, and client feedback.
  • Manage contract renewals and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Support business development activities where required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales Support, or related roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) is an added advantage.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in [industry—IT/Software/Services/etc.]
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and project coordination.
  • Ability to analyze client data and prepare business insights.
