Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Act as a trusted partner and single point of contact for client stakeholders, providing transparent governance and reporting.
  • Relationship Building: Leverage personality and interpersonal skills to build strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Account Growth: Proactively identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities by analyzing user behavior and product adoption patterns.
  • Reporting & Communication: Deliver regular updates on project status, risks, and escalations to clients and leadership.
  • Travel: Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in Project delivery, client engagement, and Reporting.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and executive communication skills – able to bridge business and technical goals.
  • Must have prior experience in large account management in GCC’s/Financial Services.
