Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

- Lead and optimize daily operations to ensure high efficiency and effectiveness across all functions.
- Develop and implement scalable operational policies that align with Advertisement Lab's vision and culture, fostering a high-performance environment.
- Ensure full compliance with relevant industry regulations and internal policies, adapting as needed to meet company objectives.

Strategic Business Management

- Create and execute comprehensive business strategies to facilitate growth, manage costs, and expand market reach.
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting processes to identify and act on opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives to ensure seamless business operations that drive profitability and innovation.

Investor Relationship Management

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors, building confidence in Advertisement Lab's future.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business performance reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and open communication.
- Act as the key liaison between the company and its investors, fostering trust and alignment on strategic objectives.

Fundraising and Investment Strategy

- Lead the execution of fundraising strategies, identifying and assessing investment opportunities that align with our goals.
- Build and maintain a network of investors, ensuring readiness for future funding rounds.
- Stay attuned to market trends and economic shifts to make informed capital allocation and fundraising decisions.

Revenue and Business Model Development

- Identify and capitalize on new revenue streams, analyzing market trends and competitor strategies.
- Drive innovative business model creation to support long-term sustainability and competitive differentiation.
- Develop and execute plans to enhance Advertisement Lab's market presence and revenue growth.

Data-Driven Business Analytics

- Implement data analytics and KPIs to monitor performance, enabling data-informed decision-making across the organization.
- Leverage business intelligence insights to identify operational improvements, optimize performance, and scale effectively.

Policy Development and Compliance

- Create and enforce policies that reflect Advertisement Lab's vision, mission, and culture, supporting a positive and productive workplace.
- Regularly review and adjust policies to adapt to evolving business and industry conditions, ensuring all employees are aligned and informed.

Goal Setting and Performance Management

- Establish ambitious yet achievable goals for company growth, individual departments, and overall employee performance.
- Design and implement a performance management system that tracks progress, holds teams accountable, and drives continual improvement.
- Provide regular guidance and feedback to empower employees and support their career development, fostering a culture of success.

Requirements

- Experience: 8+ years in operational and strategic leadership roles, ideally with startup or tech company experience.
- Market Presence: Extensive network in the tech and investor community, with a proven track record of successfully raising funds.
- Skills: Strong in financial acumen, business development, data analytics, and investor relations.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to execute plans single-handedly; driven, innovative, and adaptable to changing conditions.
