Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Source to Pay Function: Operations Delivery Leader In this role, the VP R2R GPO will spearhead Genpact's digital transformation agenda within the Record to Report domain, working closely with senior leadership across Genpact and client organizations. This leadership role demands rich experience in R2R transformation, strong controllership expertise, and the ability to drive large-scale digital initiatives—especially deployment and adoption of platforms like BlackLine. The incumbent will be accountable for value realization, operational excellence, and transformational delivery, ensuring alignment with global best practices and industry standards.
