Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Management:

  2. Collect, organize, and maintain large datasets from various sources.

  3. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

  4. Reporting and Analysis:

  5. Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data insights.

  6. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

  7. Business Intelligence:

  8. Support business decisions by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

  9. Collaborate with departments to understand data requirements and develop solutions.

  10. System Administration:

  11. Manage and maintain MIS systems, tools, and software.

  12. Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth system operations.

  13. Stakeholder Management:

  14. Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

  15. Provide training and support to users on MIS systems and tools.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  2. Experience: 2-5 years in MIS, data analysis, or related roles.

  3. Skills:

  4. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.

  5. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

  6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

  8. Nice to Have:

  9. Certification in data analysis or related fields.

  10. Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL).

  11. Knowledge of database management systems.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  1. Data accuracy and timeliness.

  2. Report quality and relevance.

  3. User adoption and satisfaction with MIS systems.

  4. Contribution to business decision-making.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,295.74 per month
