The Role

Required Skills and Experience
- 8-10 years of experience in social listening and analytics space.
- Excellent experience in social listening tool (Sprinklr or similar platforms) and analytics skills
- Excellent overall problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
- Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as industrial engineering, finance, or economics
- Knowledge of social platforms (blogs, forums, new media etc) and tools and programming languages (e.g. Boolean, Python, R, or SQL) for query building within the tool or secondary research
- Professional certification related to social listening and analytics
