Job Description Key Responsibilities - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including but not limited to accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. - Process invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently and accurately. - Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses as required. - Manage and reconcile bank accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving any discrepancies. - Handle data entry and maintain organized financial documentation. - Proficiently utilize Tally accounting software for data entry, report generation, and financial analysis, including the processing of billing and vouchers. - Prepare and process billing accurately and promptly. - Generate and manage payment vouchers and general vouchers. - Assist with tax-related documentation and compliance, including knowledge of TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and GST (Goods and Services Tax). - Support the month-end and year-end closing processes. - Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding financial matters. - Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
